Wun Sin is an enthusiastic and compassionate physiotherapist who employs a combination of different approaches in her practice. She believes that one plus one equals to more than two. Therefore, after receiving her Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Northumbria, UK, she continued to take up several courses with STOTT PILATES® including Rehab Pilates and is now a certified Rehab Pilates Instructor in mat and reformer.

Wun Sin’s interest in orthopaedic cases began back in her student days. She was always curious about the root cause of musculoskeletal pain. After many years of practice, she is now able to identify not only the root cause, but also help her patients achieve their treatment goals through a combination of manual therapy, Kinesio taping, dry needling, and rehab Pilates. Her patients are very much encouraged by her positive approach that focuses on what they can potentially do in the future, instead of what they can’t.

In order to provide her patients with better care and services, Wun Sin keeps herself up to date by attending various Pilates related workshops. Apart from that, she continues to learn new treatment techniques to upgrade herself. The latest addition to her skillset is Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF). Although PNF can treat a range of different conditions, the immediately visible differences she sees in her patients with scoliosis makes her especially satisfied.

Wun Sin believes that MOVEMENT is MEDICINE. She strongly agrees that the faulty body movement mechanism is the cause of the majority of our pains and injuries. Therefore, BODY AWARENESS is the key to improve movement patterns that can eventually bring us into injury-free physical activities. So, Wun Sin does what she preaches. She does Pilates to keep her body fit and to help her prevent injury when she enjoys her jogging pastime.
