What makes us different from other physiotherapy services?

(A) Our therapists are experienced STOTT PILATES® Certified instructors, which means:

  • We understand how to CLINICALLY assess and PRACTICALLY guide and correct your movements

  • We emphasize verbal and tactile cues to reinforce neuro-motor learning and mind-body awareness

  • We will make sure that you activate the correct muscles, perform the exercise correctly and understand what you are doing for the most effective outcome.

(B) Our therapists are well trained and certified in different skill sets which have been proven to be effective in treating musculoskeletal conditions, e.g:

  • Dry Needling (GEMt & FIDN)

  • Emmett Technique

  • Kinesio Taping

  • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)

  • STOTT PILATES® Rehab Pilates

A SPEEDY & EFFECTIVE REHAB TREATMENT IS GUARANTEED!

(C) We don't treat ONLY PAIN but the ROOT CAUSES of your symptoms.

Most of the pain is mechanically caused by micro or macro trauma of soft tissues induced by REPETITIVE IMPRECISE and ERGONOMICALLY INSUFFICIENT MOVEMENT PATTERNS.

Being professionals with 2 specialties, we are able to analyze your alignment and identify faulty movement patterns with sharp observation ability without using any tool. We also believe there will be COMPLETE HEALING ONLY IF the root problem is identified.

(D) All sessions are conducted One-On-One basis throughout the 1-hour session. You are able to get FULL ATTENTION from your therapist. An INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLAN will be prescribed based on your initial assessment.
