It's designed as a TEASER class for you or with your partner before diving into the WORLD OF PILATES with all you can!
These classes will cover a detailed postural analysis, five basic principles in STOTT PILATES®, and a foundational repertoire of exercises on different equipment. The classes will be conducted at a slower pace with detailed explanations so that you can master the proper techniques and develop mind-body awareness through the sessions.
If you have had experience in Pilates, these classes will be conducted at a faster pace. You will review the Pilates principles in the integrated Pilates repertoire and recall all your muscle memories under great care and supervision.
